Book Release Party - Nick Bruel

Join MoCCA and Syncopated Comics as they celebrate the release of Nick Bruel's new comic book, How To Be A Real Good Cartoonist.

Wednesday, July 16th, 6-8pm
MoCCA Headquarters
32 Union Square East, Suite 600 (take the north/left elevators)
New York, NY 10003

Syncopated Comics presents Nick Bruel's new book, "How To Be A Real Good Cartoonist," a Hysterical look at what it takes to be an amazingly, real good cartoonist, just like Mr. Bruel.

Nick Bruel will be on hand to sign his new book as well as Syncopated Vol.1, which he also contributed to. A portion of the proceeds from book sales will go to benefit MoCCA. Light refreshments will be on hand.

"Nick Bruel's new book is funny, smart, and slyly caustic in a way reminiscent of S.J. Perelman and Fran Lebowitz." -- Jules Feiffer

"I wish I had this book in college." -- Stephen Kroninger

"This book is a rip-snort of a read that was one of those very painful 'Damn, I wish I'd thought of that!' experiences. I think I may even be a more well cartoonist for having read it." -- Dan Piraro

"Nick Bruel's new book, How To Be A Real Good Cartoonist is hilarious! I laughed real good! -- Bill Plympton
